At Linea Medical, all treatments are performed with a strong focus on safety, clinical integrity and natural results.



By booking or receiving treatment, you agree to the following terms.


Consultations

Every treatment begins with a personalised consultation.



We will assess your concerns, medical history, and suitability for treatment. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including medications, allergies, and past procedures.


Treatment may be declined if it is not clinically appropriate


Treatment Outcomes

All aesthetic treatments are medical procedures and involve variability.



Results differ between individuals depending on anatomy, skin quality and biological response. While we aim for refined, natural outcomes, specific results cannot be guaranteed.


Pricing


All pricing is listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be updated periodically.


Payment is required on the day of treatment unless otherwise arranged.


Where applicable, GST is applied in accordance with Australian tax regulations

Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations

To Respect appointment availability:


  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking
  • We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit

Treatment Suitability

Linea Medical reserves the right to:

  • Decline or defer treatment where clnically indication
  • Adjust treatment plans based on medical judgement
  • recommend alternative options if appropriate


Aftercare

Your results and safety depend on appropriate aftercare.



You agree to follow all post-treatment instructions and to contact us if you have any concerns or unexpected reactions

Reviews and touch-ups

A follow-up review may be offered where clinically appropriate.



Any touch-ups are assessed on an individual basis and may incur additional cost.

Refunds & Liability

Due to the nature of medical treatments:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind
  • individual results are not grounds for refund
  • where appropriate, we may offer review and corrective treatment



Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected


Liability


We are committed to providing safe, evidence based care.


However we are not liable for:


  • Expected or known treatment risks
  • Individual variation in healing or response
  • Outcomes affected by failure to follow aftercare advice

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in practice or regulation.
